GT NRA001 Aluminium U-Channel Guitar Truss Rod (650mm)

This is the same design of truss rod Martin have been using on their guitars for years. It consists of an aluminium u-channel with a bent steel rod inside. The strong aluminium casing adds reinforcement to the neck. Adjustment is smooth and easy. When the nut is tightened the bent rod is tensioned and pulls the neck the opposite way, counteracting the tension of the strings. U-Channel Truss Rods are easy to install and require a straight slot.
