Takamine's TGLN11ENS is a left-handed NEX shaped guitar with the benefit of a shorter scale length.
This provides a softer, warmer sound due to the lowered tension of the 630mm scale and is undoubtedly easier to play for beginner players to learn and have fun. Takamine's NEX body shape improves playability with it's narrower waist especially when sitting, however it still provides the same acoustic resonance of the dreadnought body.
The okoume top combined with the okoume back and sides create a rustic, rootsy sound that delivers robust fundamental tones. The slim satin-finish mahogany neck and 12" radius jatoba fingerboard provide great feel and playability,
Stage amplification is achieved through Takamine's TP-3G electronics. With its 3 band EQ and chromatic tuner, dialing in the right tone is easy!
