Takamine Pro Series 10 Dreadnought AC/EL Guitar with Cutaway in Natural Gloss Finish

This Takamine dreadnought cutaway represents the top tier of the Pro Series guitars. Built with the highest grade solid Sitka spruce top and premium solid East Indian rosewood back and sides, the P10DC starts with awesome tonewoods, then adds a beautiful mahogany neck with ebony fingerboard and bridge.

All of this is meticulously inlaid with dazzling colorful abalone purfling and bold "mountain" inlay. The work is insanely detailed and showcases the incredible skill of the luthiers at Takamine's Gifu, Japan facility. Built with pure performance in mind, the guitar features the CT4-DX preamp which blends Takamine's legendary Palathetic pickup with the TCPU-1 soundboard transducer, giving you the ability to dial in perfect tones without compromise.

These guitars will be produced in extremely limited numbers, making them highly collectable. Comes with a SH200A hybrid semi-hard case!

ELECTRONICS:

Built with the performer in mind, it features Takamine's proprietary CT4-DX preamp system paired with duo of the unique Palathetic under-saddle pickup and Takamine original soundboard transducer for peerless amplified response. The CT4-DX provides independent control over both pickups, each of which will then have two-band EQ and a notch filter control. You can also alter the mix levels of each of the pickups, and an onboard chromatic tuner.

In addition to the Takamine Palathetic pickup already on board. this model comes with a second pickup The Takamine original high-quality Soundboard Transducer. This adds a whole new dimension to the already natural sound of our famed Takamine electronics.
