J.Reynolds has long had a great reputation for producing quality stringed instruments at a price that won't break the bank, but most importantly they sound great too. Check out our latest range of banjos, banjo-ukes and mandolins, there's something for everyone.
A 6-string banjo, often called a "banjitar" or "ganjo" is strung with light gauge electric guitar strings and is tuned like a standard 6-string guitar: E-A-D-G-B-E, from the lowest to the highest string. This standard tuning allows guitarists to play with their existing skills and licks without needing to learn new fingerings or tunings for a different type of instrument.
